CONSULTANT AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT made this _______ day of ______________, 200__, A.D. by and between The Boaz Trust, 4371 Northlake Blvd., #303, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida [33410] (Boaz), and __________________________________________________________,Franchisee

WITNESSETH THAT:

WHEREAS Boaz has, with others, developed encyclopedic knowledge regarding the working of Trusts, the court system, the Federal Reserve Bank, Internal Revenue Service, the banking industry, the entire taxing and Social Security system and other information designed to 'set the captives free' financially and spiritually and

WHEREAS Consultant desires to help others free themselves from the ravenous court and banking systems which ungodly government leaders and employees have set in place to enslave the population and guarantees that it has the computer knowledge, office facilities and basic financial knowledge to support an orderly record of each client's progress and payments and

WHEREAS Consultant further guarantees that it has the ability to market the Boaz program in an orderly manner and to witness for Jesus by its actions and through tracts, subscriptions to witnessing publications and in other ways

NOW THEREFORE it is hereby agreed that Consultant will market the Boaz services provided to it on electronic CDs, under its own name and in whatever manner it deems fit and at any price it deems fair and will pay 10% of its gross revenues to Boaz quarterly, due on January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1 each year and.

IT IS FURTHER AGREED that Consultant is an entirely separate entity from Boaz, not considered an agent or partner in any sense of the word, is not authorized to obligate Boaz, financially or otherwise nor use the Boaz name and agrees hereby to hold Boaz harmless from any and all legal actions which may arise versus Boaz at any time due to actions of Consultant.

FURTHER, that, in lieu of a Consultant fee, Boaz will be available for consultation by fax, email or phone at an hourly rate of $300. payable in advance and that the first hour's charge of $300. is submitted herewith along with $600. for the set of 10 electronic CD's.
